The Capitol Theater, 142 East 2nd Street, Flint, Michigan. The Capitol was sometimes referred to as the "Fallout Shelter," after the actual fallout shelter under the theater where gigs occasionally took place. It hosted a wide variety of underground rock shows during the late 80's and early 90's.

Joel Rash and Rikkir @ the Capitol Theater, 1990. Joel booked and ran the "Fallout Shelter hall shows" at the Capitol Theater during the late 1980's and early 1990's. Seeing as how Joel never drank... there must've been an eight ball interdiction in progress.

Band practice, July, 1992. #3 Flying with sardonic pride in the background, is a stolen Kentucky Fried Chicken flag. It was pilfered by disgruntled locals who were tired of kissing the Colonel's creepy ass and generously donated it to the cause.

Protest outside the Bush, Clinton, Perot presidential debate, East Lansing, MI, October 19th, 1992. Attempting to shed some light on issues that now, only after decades of endless war and decline, are finally being addressed more openly. Namely, that our much vaunted "Democracy," is a facade.
